I worked more on ETL for ooniprobe reports, but I am having difficulty determining how to normalize reports in such a way that the ooni-probe reports comply with the df-base format defined in ooni-spec. It looks like certain tests weren't complying with the df-base format, which is causing a few issues.
17:12:05 <hodgepodge> It looks like I'll have to employ another strategy in order to be able to transpose the reports into a relational form due to these inconsistencies. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd love to hear them.

17:14:18 <hodgepodge> Unfortunately, I don't have a list of test names that aren't compatible. Still trying to narrow down whether or not it's something I introduced, or if it's a reporting issue.
