   1. We drop the intermediate value of the amount question; the low/minimum amount will be "Travel sponsorship needed in order for me to attend DebConf" (gwolf, 19:57:16)
   2. Instead of "Total travel costs" (high value), we will ask for "Travel costs". (gwolf, 19:57:57)
   3. we drop the references part (gaudenz, 20:04:19)
